What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans by synthesizing market and competitive insights.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand services, footprint, and client relationships.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of key strategic and transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor initiative progress against objectives and key results, identifying risks and developing actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver clear, data-driven updates and materials for executive leadership.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitating alignment around strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, investment banking, or a related discipline, preferably within financial services, technology, or fintech.
• Proven expertise in hypothesis-driven problem solving, financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Exceptional skills in executive-level communication and structuring complex presentations.
• Experience supporting or executing M&A transactions preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and drive results through influence.
