Salary: $181,700 – $218,300 USD (San Jose, CA/New York City/Seattle/Los Angeles County), $163,500 – $196,500 USD (CA Non-SF Bay Area/Los Angeles, Austin, MA), $154,400 – $185,600 USD (Utah/Houston/FL/NC)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, and technology platform partners.
  • Develop and execute partnership plans aligned with business goals and joint value creation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Revenue, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative partner programs.
  • Drive partner performance and operational health, resolving issues and ensuring joint success.
  • Support, and in some cases lead, strategic negotiations and contribute to deal structures.
  • Establish best practices in partnership management, reporting, and go-to-market execution to enable scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner account management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or B2B payments.
  • Direct experience managing and scaling top-10 bank or financial institution partnerships.
  • Proven ability to execute partnership strategies, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of financial services ecosystems, APIs, and digital platform integrations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable engaging at both executive and operational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
