TL;DR

Senior Manager, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships (Fintech): Shaping and managing strategic partnerships to fuel growth and impact for hirify.global's embedded financial solutions with an accent on strategic partner identification, cross-functional collaboration, and deal execution. Focus on expanding the ecosystem, creating GTM plans, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.

Location: Remote (US-based, specifically San Jose, CA, Draper, UT, or other specified US zones apply)

Salary: $172,600 - $216,300 USD (San Jose/Zone 1); $146,700 - $183,900 USD (Draper/Zone 3)

What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partners to integrate hirify.global’s growing embedded solution portfolio.
  • Manage existing relationships, ensuring success and growth of partnerships.
  • Partner closely with R&D, marketing, and finance to create joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.
  • Support negotiations, commercial structuring, and execution of partnership agreements.
  • Drive multiple cross-functional internal and external workstreams from inception to launch.
  • Prepare financial analysis to quantify deal costs, risks, and benefits for decision making.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of success in business development, investment banking, or strategic partnerships within the fintech, software, technology, and/or payments sectors.
  • Experience driving complex strategic partnerships and/or relationships from discovery to launch.
  • Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, APIs, and emerging market trends.
  • Strong experience supporting complex negotiations, deal structuring, and partnership or legal agreement execution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
