What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and solution design for major Fintech prospects.
- Showcase hirify.global's value by demonstrating how products address prospect use cases and technical requirements.
- Engage deeply with technical stakeholders to drive trust, alignment, and technical buy-in.
- Deliver world-class pre-sales support, including product demos, architecting solutions, and responding to RFPs.
- Lead hands-on POCs to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and propose resolutions.
- Advocate for customers internally through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer facing experience selling to large enterprises.
- A strong sense of customer empathy.
- A background combining business experience, sales skills, and technical acumen.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and proactive approach.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP and REST.
- Knowledge of mobile and web application architecture specific to interfacing with API platforms.
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
