What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Architect and implement sales strategy and playbooks for new business acquisition.
- Provide daily, hands-on coaching to team members, joining calls and workshopping deal strategy.
- Drive revenue growth to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report to sales leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3-4+ years in a sales management or team lead role.
- Proven track record of success in building and scaling a team focused on new logo acquisition.
- Deep "player-coach" mentality, passionate about daily coaching and call reviews.
- Experience in creating sales playbooks, processes, and methodologies from an early stage.
- Expertise in pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and using data to drive team performance.
- Deep proficiency with Salesforce and modern AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Gong, Clay, Momentum, Onum).
