What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of SDRs while personally contributing to outbound strategy and prospecting.
• Conduct call reviews, role-plays, and skill sessions to elevate team performance.
• Run structured weekly operating rhythms including huddles and pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align campaigns and value propositions.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain operational excellence in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing SDRs or BDRs in a high-volume outbound environment
• Strong coaching and hands-on contribution skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States
