What you will do
- Develop strategic marketing and engagement plans targeting multiple audiences including employers, members, agents, and providers.
- Manage omni-channel marketing projects and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop and monitor KPIs for marketing initiatives.
- Lead day-to-day internal client relations and consulting.
- Deliver presentations to workgroups and business partner forums.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in Detroit, MI with a hybrid schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum five years of relevant experience.
- Experience in B2B and consumer multi-channel marketing strategy.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate work groups effectively.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Healthcare experience.
- Salesforce CRM certification or training.
