What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice solutions.
• Configure and guide customers on telephony setup and integration with Amazon Connect or other contact center technologies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate Salesforce and AWS technologies (Lambda, Flex) for scalable implementations.
• Oversee technical delivery, including custom development, integrations, and data migration for Service Cloud Voice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure project execution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting best practices like DevOps and continuous integration.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Service Cloud Voice and telephony architectures, including integration with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• 10–12 years of Salesforce experience with 5–7 years in senior technical or architectural roles.
• Strong hands-on development background with Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, data management, and security.
• Extensive integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in DevOps and release management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and required certifications.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft experience is a plus.
