What you will do
- Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce-powered experiences including automation, deployment, and data structures.
- Explore and innovate within the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents to drive business value.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
- Oversee all project lifecycle stages from design through deployment.
- Stay current with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Colombia or able to work remotely from there.
- 6+ years in application and software development with 4+ years in Salesforce development roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and familiarity with Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development (HTML/CSS).
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical details.
- Experience with source control, branching strategies, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist.
