What you will do

  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes.
  • Translate customer requirements into Salesforce designs, leveraging best practices.
  • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and develop technical specifications.
  • Drive best practice UX design into every aspect of solution delivery.
  • Manage project aspects, customer communications, and deliver end-user training.
  • Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership.
  • Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years project experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role.
  • 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com).
  • Expertise in designing Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources and understand technical solutions leveraging Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services.
  • Experience leading multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and multi-environment management, and integration to legacy systems.
  • Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Full English proficiency.
  • Ability to travel internationally.

Nice to have

  • Ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics.
  • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder).
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
