What you will do

• Lead and own the technical design of Agentforce solutions including automation, deployment, and data structures
• Explore and push the limits of Agentforce Agents to create novel business solutions
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee all project lifecycle stages from design to deployment
• Stay updated on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years in software development and 4+ years with Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and knowledge of modern languages like Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS)
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical details
• Familiarity with source control, branching strategies, CI/CD, and DevOps principles
• Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist
