What you will do
- Act as a strategic technical advisor for complex, high-value enterprise customers including a large strategic account.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders, technical leads, and product teams to drive adoption and success.
- Lead technical relationship lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and develop long-term enablement plans.
- Partner with Sales and Success leadership on expansion and renewal strategies.
- Provide advanced product-led consultation across hirify.global’s platform including web and mobile.
- Deliver technical enablement through training, consultations, and workshops for customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role requiring presence 3 days per week in Central London office
- 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS environments.
- 2+ years managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts with executive relationship experience.
- Technical expertise including frontend development or Python programming.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor peers and lead enablement efforts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and telemetry-based analytics strategies.
- Experience with product-led growth platforms like Amplitude, WalkMe, Gainsight PX.
