TL;DR

Senior Technical Account Manager (SaaS): Deliver proactive technical guidance and strategic advisory to enterprise-level customers to maximize value from the hirify.global platform with an accent on customer success, technical strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing complex strategic accounts, driving product adoption, and enabling long-term business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Central London office

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic technical advisor for complex, high-value enterprise customers including a large strategic account.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders, technical leads, and product teams to drive adoption and success.
  • Lead technical relationship lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and develop long-term enablement plans.
  • Partner with Sales and Success leadership on expansion and renewal strategies.
  • Provide advanced product-led consultation across hirify.global’s platform including web and mobile.
  • Deliver technical enablement through training, consultations, and workshops for customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role requiring presence 3 days per week in Central London office
  • 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts with executive relationship experience.
  • Technical expertise including frontend development or Python programming.
  • Strong communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor peers and lead enablement efforts.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and telemetry-based analytics strategies.
  • Experience with product-led growth platforms like Amplitude, WalkMe, Gainsight PX.
