TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI/Healthcare): Leading customer engagements and driving adoption of AI diagnostic tools in healthcare with an accent on clinical, operational, and commercial value realization. Focus on designing onboarding programs, embedding AI into clinical workflows, and collaborating across sales, product, and marketing teams to scale global healthcare impact.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United Kingdom with willingness to travel 25-40% within UK

What you will do

  • Own success of customer portfolio ensuring measurable clinical, operational, and commercial value from AI products.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs to accelerate clinician adoption and confident use of products.
  • Lead change management to embed AI into everyday clinical workflows for sustainable transformation.
  • Provide hands-on support during implementation to ensure effective use of AI tools in real-world settings.
  • Run consultative discovery and presales engagements linking solutions to customer goals.
  • Partner with marketing to create clinical impact stories and act as voice of customer to shape product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom with willingness to travel 25-40% onsite.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Medical Imaging, Healthcare IT, or related clinical discipline.
  • Understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows and experience working with clinicians and healthcare leaders.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging IT systems (PACS/RIS, DICOM, HL7) and ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders from end users to executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data analysis, survey tools, dashboards to understand adoption and outcomes.
  • Background in Clinical Applications, Customer Success, or Sales within healthcare or health tech.
  • Formal project or change management training and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
