What you will do
- Own 1-2 customers' AI maturity journey from integration to enterprise-wide scaling.
- Drive innovation and impact roadmaps to deliver clear business outcomes and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain scalable engagement strategies including C-level relationships.
- Act as a bridge between customers and product teams to align future products with client expectations.
- Foster transparent and honest communication internally and externally with full accountability.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, Account or Product Management.
- Experience with multinational fashion houses.
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with C-level executives.
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments and work independently.
- Bachelor, Master or MBA degree.
