What you will do

  • Serve as the technical owner for enterprise customer accounts, ensuring integration success and system performance.
  • Collaborate with customer engineers and product teams to design, implement, and scale solutions on hirify.global’s platform.
  • Diagnose issues, advise on best practices, and guide architectural decisions.
  • Troubleshoot API issues, workflow failures, and data mismatches across environments.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify root causes, improve performance, and reduce defects.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams and support account growth.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work remotely from there.
  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer or Customer Success Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, logs, and data flows with strong debugging skills.
  • Proven success supporting enterprise customers through complex technical deployments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguous systems.
  • Excellent communication skills interfacing at multiple customer organization levels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operationally intensive SaaS systems.
  • Background in high-growth startups or enterprise retail integrations.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering tooling, observability tools, workflow engines, or API ecosystems.
  • Experience in consultative roles blending technical depth and customer outcome ownership.
