What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own customer onboarding, lifecycle management, and contract renewals.
  • Serve as primary contact for escalated issues and collaborate internally to resolve challenges.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and proactively advocate for new products and services.
  • Track customer interactions and performance metrics to increase B2B revenue and margin.
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work across Canada and the UK
  • Proven success in customer success or account management with strategic account management experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience advocating for customers at executive levels and collaborating cross-departmentally.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer growth through expansion initiatives.
