Salary: $255,000–$383,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a territory and account plan for existing enterprise customers.
- Maintain existing relationships and build new opportunities in assigned strategic enterprise accounts.
- Become an expert on hirify.global's product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations.
- Effectively sell hirify.global's value and navigate complex sales cycles across various lines of business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, SDR, leadership) and forecast accurately.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of closing Enterprise SaaS Experience in the Big Data, Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech space.
- Ability to tell a story using data.
- Experience building, leading, and growing new business within enterprise companies.
- Experience with account and territory planning.
- Successful track record of being a top performer.
