What you will do
- Own full-cycle enterprise and VIP sales across hirify.global’s institutional suite including multi-threaded stakeholder mapping, solution design, negotiation, and post-sale growth plans.
- Build and execute segment/territory strategy with pipeline creation, qualification, and forecast accuracy tied to team goals.
- Lead complex, cross-functional deal execution with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure compliant and timely delivery.
- Grow existing relationships and share of wallet by diagnosing needs and driving cross-sell/upsell motions.
- Translate market intelligence into action by providing competitive insights and regulatory trends to Product and leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and improve sales processes including CRM best practices and pipeline accuracy.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years experience in institutional or enterprise sales at tier-1 crypto exchange, prime broker, investment bank, or fintech.
- Proven success managing institutional or VIP client portfolios with multi-product advisory and structured dealmaking.
- Strong knowledge of hirify.global’s institutional products including Prime, custody, derivatives, financing, and staking.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal instruction and deliver significant impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional deal workstreams and navigating regulated environments.
- Executive-caliber communication skills and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

- Existing relationships with targeted institutional/VIP segments or market makers.
- Experience with derivatives sales/trading or structuring and risk frameworks.
- Public-facing brand building and event-driven client acquisition.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to coverage regions.
- Series 3 license.

Location
Hybrid work format with in-person participation required throughout the year and attendance at multiple annual offsites expected and supported.
Salary
Base salary range: $195,670–$230,200 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility, equity, and benefits.
