Location: Hybrid (Geneva, Lausanne, or Zurich, Switzerland) – Must be based in Switzerland or be able to relocate from Europe

What you will do

  • Conduct targeted research to identify high-potential prospects and initiate outbound outreach within the Swiss market.
  • Own all phases of the sales cycle, including preparing tailored presentations, proposals, and coordinating client meetings.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s diverse product suite and communicate complex crypto and digital asset concepts.
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM records for sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline stages.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling.
  • Stay informed on crypto industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments, sharing insights with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline activity and client interactions.
  • Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German or French.
