Salary: $280,000–$320,000 first year on target earnings.

What you will do
- Generate and convert a strong pipeline of leads into closed deals, leading the process end-to-end.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and prospective companies.
- Become a product expert and assist customers through evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing use.
- Channel customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap.
- Manage a team member and foster their growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to drive business impact and strong mission alignment.
- Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from start to finish, including pricing, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Proven hunter mindset and strategic judgment to find and close new opportunities.
- Ability to build deep, trusted relationships and maintain strong industry connections.
- Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams to advocate for partner needs and run effective product demos.
- Strong management skills, including coaching, setting vision and goals, and clear communication.
