What you will do

  • Own the entire new business sales process for prospects across the DACH region, from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline through daily multi-channel prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email).
  • Leverage a modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, hirify.global, Outreach, Momentum, Sales Navigator, GetAccept, and Pandadoc.
  • Develop strong business acumen and a deep understanding of marketing and sales processes.
  • Conduct all discovery calls and product demos online without travel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of success as an Account Executive with a strong sales track record.
  • Native/fully fluent German speaker and fluency in English.
  • Experience in Outbound B2B Sales, with SaaS experience an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or Digital Sales Rooms is an advantage.
  • Skilled in Gap Selling / Solution Selling and Execution of Sales Methodologies.
