What you will do

• Drive new DSP integrations across hirify.global’s SSP stack emphasizing omnichannel growth
• Manage a robust pipeline of demand partners with clear CRM hygiene and deal visibility
• Cultivate strategic relationships with DSP stakeholders to secure and grow integrations
• Activate indirect demand paths and scale cross-platform activations
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales Engineering to optimize yield and troubleshoot issues
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and represent hirify.global at industry events across EMEA

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
• 7+ years experience in programmatic sales, partnerships, or business development with DSPs
• Deep understanding of DSP operations, RTB protocols, and SSP/DSP integration lifecycles
• Established relationships with global and regional DSPs focused on EMEA
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage complex partner organizations
• Self-motivated with strong cross-functional collaboration and sales pipeline management skills
