What you will do
- Develop and execute UK partner strategy from sourcing to activation and growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard priority partners with scalable enablement and joint value propositions
- Drive co-selling and co-marketing to build qualified pipeline and accelerate deals
- Own partner performance including targets, forecasts, QBRs, incentives, and playbooks
- Negotiate agreements ensuring compliance with legal, finance, and security requirements
- Track and report partner KPIs and iterate programs based on data and feedback
Requirements
- Must have 3–5 years experience in Partnerships/Business Development in B2B SaaS or fintech within the UK territory
- Strong English proficiency required
- Understanding of channel/alliances motions and ability to build a strong network
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Data-driven and comfortable owning targets end-to-end
- Proficient with CRM/PRM tools such as Salesforce and partner performance analytics
