What you will do

  • Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting for hirify.global solutions.
  • Assess business needs and qualify prospects for the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential long-term buyers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance lead quality and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead qualification and pipeline contribution goals.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire for a career in sales, with a willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Previous customer-facing or BDR/phone-based outreach experience.
