• Develop deep understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
• Connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate with account managers and partners to drive revenue growth and new business
• Lead technical evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations
• Deliver technical product and architecture presentations to customers
• Translate customer requirements into innovative storage solutions and promote interoperability testing

Requirements

• Must have pre-sales experience and 5+ years in technology, design, or communications
• Strong knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN) and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Linux, NFS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and microservices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the US

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware, networking protocols, and digital transformation to cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of storage-intensive applications such as SQL and Oracle databases
