Junior Business Development Representative (E-commerce): Generating new business and pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities for the French SMB market, with an accent on understanding prospects' business and goals. Location: This job position is based in our office in Florence and offers a hybrid model (3x week)

What you will do
- Generate new business and pipeline by prospecting outbound opportunities on the French SMB market.
- Deeply understand prospects’ business and goals.
- Act as the first point of contact within hirify.global for prospects.
- Connect qualified leads with Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with AEs to learn SaaS Sales basics.
Requirements
- Beginning of Sales career.
- Self-motivated, resilient, ambitious, coachable, reflective, and a problem solver.
- Commercial mindset and background (Preferably HBO or university).
- Outstanding communication skills with excellent command of French and English on a spoken and written level.
Nice to have
- Some experience in cold-calling in an outbound environment.
