What you will do
- Manage key strategic merchants and build deep knowledge of hirify.global's services.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 key account managers, setting targets and tracking impact.
- Drive strategic account growth and retention, focusing on reducing churn and increasing margins.
- Engage proactively with C-Level stakeholders, including 30% travel time.
- Consult merchants on applying BNPL strategically to increase customer LTV and reduce CAC.
Requirements
- Must be based in Milan and able to be present in the office.
- 10+ years in account management and 4+ years in team management.
- Experience with enterprise clients and multi-stakeholder management.
- Proven commercial success in renegotiating, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
