What you will do

  • Manage key strategic merchants and build deep knowledge of hirify.global's services.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 key account managers, setting targets and tracking impact.
  • Drive strategic account growth and retention, focusing on reducing churn and increasing margins.
  • Engage proactively with C-Level stakeholders, including 30% travel time.
  • Consult merchants on applying BNPL strategically to increase customer LTV and reduce CAC.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Milan and able to be present in the office.
  • 10+ years in account management and 4+ years in team management.
  • Experience with enterprise clients and multi-stakeholder management.
  • Proven commercial success in renegotiating, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech environments.

  • Experience in tech startups or scaleups.
  • Marketing and sales consulting experience.
  • Background in payment/fintech industry.
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or travel sectors.
