What you will do
- Prospect and develop a portfolio of advertisers with a strong focus on new business acquisition (80% prospection)
- Recommend optimal media solutions aligned with advertiser KPIs
- Organize and lead meetings with brands and media agencies
- Collaborate with sourcing, media operations, and cross-functional teams
- Provide regular commercial and post-campaign reporting
- Manage contracts and invoicing
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Italy
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing with strong negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of digital advertising trends in Italy
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience in media or digital agency
- Knowledge of Spanish or French
