What you will do

  • Prospect and develop a portfolio of advertisers with a strong focus on new business acquisition (80% prospection)
  • Recommend optimal media solutions aligned with advertiser KPIs
  • Organize and lead meetings with brands and media agencies
  • Collaborate with sourcing, media operations, and cross-functional teams
  • Provide regular commercial and post-campaign reporting
  • Manage contracts and invoicing

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Italy
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and marketing with strong negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising trends in Italy
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced Excel skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in media or digital agency
  • Knowledge of Spanish or French
