Location: Milan, Italy. Flexible working environment with 2 days home office per week, plus up to 4 total weeks additional flexibility during summer and December to work fully remotely.

What you will do

• Prospect and sell hirify.global Gift Cards to direct companies in Italy for employee benefits and corporate programs.
• Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns to drive revenue growth during peak periods.
• Negotiate deals with corporate clients and distributors to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Organize and coordinate communication channels with B2B clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Legal) and local teams on strategy.
• Conduct corporate networking to support the success of the position.

Requirements

• Native level of Italian.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• 3 to 5 years minimum proven successful experience as a sales representative.
• Demonstrated business development experience, preferably in B2B or Gift Card environments.
• Customer-oriented, self-starter, results-oriented, and dynamic professional.
• Comfortable managing short-term/mid-term negotiations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Fintech, payment or E-Commerce sales experience.
