What you will do
- Provide technical expertise during sales demos to answer prospect questions.
- Architect solutions to meet customer needs in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during customer trials and onboarding.
- Write or update product documentation where gaps exist.
- Work closely with Technical Support Engineers as deals close and customers are onboarded.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in computer networking.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, and API integrations.
- Ability to read and understand API documentation for integration with the Coram application.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in an onsite environment.
