Salary: $111,200 – $139,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify key customer requirements, success metrics, and process gaps.
• Align tailored demonstrations, success stories, and technical discussions to customer value metrics.
• Design deployment strategies that integrate Flock’s platform with existing workflows.
• Build Statements of Work (SOWs) and Proof of Concept (POC) plans for smooth implementations.
• Effectively articulate Flock’s competitive differentiators to position the platform’s unique advantages.
• Guide customers through final sign-off, securing buy-in and commitment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of sales engineering or technology sales experience.
• Ability to connect all platform capabilities (hardware, software, AI, integrations) to solve customer pain points.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for compelling in-person and virtual demonstrations.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives (AEs) to accelerate deal cycles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, with the ability to design scalable deployment strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time video, physical security, and VMS systems.
• Understanding of public safety, security, and commercial loss prevention.
• Experience with crime mapping and mapping tools.
• Law enforcement and/or public sector experience.
