What you will do

• Lead and grow a team dedicated to developer experience, platform engineering, and automation.
• Define and execute a roadmap for internal tooling and workflows.
• Measure and improve engineering productivity through smart metrics and data-driven feedback loops.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that balance velocity and security.
• Advocate engineering excellence through shared best practices, documentation, and community standards.
• Partner with engineering leaders to identify and remove friction across the developer journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams focused on developer productivity, platform services, or DevOps tooling.
• Hands-on expertise in modern CI/CD systems and developer tooling ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of secure software development lifecycles and compliance-driven automation.
• Familiarity with developer portals or internal platforms like Backstage, or experience delivering self-service tooling.
• Ideally, experience with AI-assisted development tooling or integrating LLMs into engineering workflows.
