hirify.global is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead the delivery of Generative AI solutions in fast-moving, complex environments.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end GenAI product delivery: scoping, alignment, iteration, and handover.
• Work directly with clients and users to gather feedback and adapt solutions quickly.
• Prototype in no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Retool, Airtable, n8n) when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and AI specialists to ensure clarity and momentum.
• Define metrics, make smart trade-offs, and drive towards high-impact outcomes.
• Stay informed on GenAI trends and architectural best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, technical delivery, or related roles.
• Background in startups, consulting, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products, ideally with LLMs.
• Technically fluent — you understand systems, APIs, and data flows.
• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, context-switching, and messy requirements.
