hirify.global is building an AI platform for the innovation economy, helping inventors explore, create, and protect ideas, already seeing significant growth and backed by prominent investors.

What you will do

  • Own prospecting and outreach, targeting high-value accounts and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Run creative multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
  • Qualify opportunities by deeply understanding prospect challenges and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
  • Experiment with messaging, targeting, and outreach tactics to refine the go-to-market playbook.
  • Drive pipeline growth by tracking, measuring, and improving conversion rates to hit and exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Hold a graduate degree, ideally in a STEM subject or from a leading university.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, working quickly and iteratively.
  • Seek ownership, approaching problems critically and taking pride in your work.
  • Work format: This is an on-site role in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in early-stage startups.
  • Experience commercialising AI or IP-related products.
  • Experience selling to law firms, patent attorneys, or in-house IP professionals.
