TL;DR

Sales Executive: Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand market reach with an accent on identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Focus on conducting technical sales discussions, driving multi-product sales, and consistently executing successful deal closures.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in Edinburgh office, 2 days from home)

What you will do

  • Develop and manage the growth of assigned accounts by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global products, competitor solutions, and industry trends.
  • Conduct technical sales discussions with prospective clients via conference calls and web demonstrations.
  • Drive multi-product sales by positioning additional hirify.global solutions within assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and consistently execute successful deal closures.

Requirements

  • Proven self-starter with a history of achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
