TL;DR

People Development Manager (HR/Learning & Development): Designing and delivering scalable learning and talent development solutions aligned to hirify.global’s people strategy with an accent on leadership enablement and employee development roadmap creation. Focus on partnering with business leaders to drive a high-performance culture and implementing impactful learning programs.

Location: Hybrid, based in the United Kingdom (Lower Eashing or London)

What you will do

  • Manage the annual People Development budget.
  • Create and deliver a company-wide Development roadmap for all employees, including leadership enablement and skills training.
  • Oversee the roll-out and tracking of mandatory trainings (e.g., Information Security, Data Protection, Harassment) using an online LMS.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders on technical training needs, managing budgets and coordinating with external providers.
  • Own and promote the internal People Development site on the intranet to drive engagement.
  • Work closely with People Partners to build talent reviews, succession planning, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor trends in Talent Development and recommend enhancements to offerings.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to managers for employee and team development needs.

Requirements

  • Experienced, proactive development professional with at least five years in a Learning & Development team or a strategic HR role focused on development.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical elements, ensuring accuracy in organization and budget.
  • Highly effective communicator and influencer, able to coach and challenge business leaders.
  • Confident speaker and facilitator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience developing interactive and engaging learning assets (e.g., Articulate Rise).
  • Good working knowledge of learning theories, design methodologies, and adult learning principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience or interest in using AI tools.
  • A qualification in facilitation and/or a training certification.
