What you will do

  • Build and execute scalable, best-in-class people and workforce strategies across all organisational levels.
  • Strengthen hirify.global’s employer brand and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Align leadership and drive a high-performance, high-reward culture.
  • Design and implement initiatives for a frictionless, inclusive, and engaging employee journey.
  • Develop and deliver structured learning and development programmes.
  • Oversee people operations and produce data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a similarly high-growth role or readiness to take on increased responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of leading and significantly contributing to world-class people strategies.
  • Ability to cultivate authentic culture and values across people, diversity, and inclusion pillars.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships and support employee development.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning, including compensation practices, data analysis, and organisational diagnosis.
  • Resourcefulness in finding creative solutions and recognising the impact of decisions.

Nice to have

  • Background in organisational psychology or behavioural science.
  • Prior experience in climate-tech, sustainability, or impact-driven organisations.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking or designing progressive benefits frameworks.
