What you will do

• Manage core People processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring clarity, performance, and team experience.
• Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to deliver a high-quality team experience.
• Act as a Business Partner, offering thoughtful guidance on people decisions, team dynamics, and employee relations.
• Translate business needs into balanced and compliant people recommendations.
• Work with People & Culture leadership to shape and implement the new Leadership Academy.
• Promote transparent communication and psychological safety for effective cross-timezone collaboration.
• Leverage AI tools to increase output, clarity, and decision quality.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in People Operations, People Management, or HR Business Partner roles in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of People processes, HRIS systems, labor law, and compliance, with special experience in leadership development.
• Proven ability to lead People projects from planning to rollout and guide stakeholders through change.
• High emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using AI tools to transform People workflows.
• Curious and entrepreneurial mindset, thinking in systems and challenging assumptions.
• Business level German skills required for administrative tasks and communication with German external stakeholders.
