What you will do
- Drive discovery and qualification to uncover customer challenges and map opportunities.
- Identify and articulate business value to IT and executive stakeholders, connecting the platform to measurable ROI.
- Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and success criteria, owning the presales journey.
- Craft customer-specific narratives to demonstrate how the platform solves real business problems.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and GTM teams for product improvements.
- Identify opportunities to extend hirify.global’s footprint across various IT ecosystems.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years as a Solution / Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong grasp of enterprise IT environments, cybersecurity architectures, and network visibility platforms.
- Proven track record in value-based selling, building ROI/TCO discussions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for C-level and technical audiences.
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
- Consultative curiosity to uncover strategic challenges.
