What you will do
- Drive sales processes with both new and existing customers.
- Manage your own pipeline and achieve KPIs and targets.
- Ensure smooth handovers of new customers to delivery teams.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for platform improvements.
- Ensure effective customer management in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within IT/software solutions.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and able to manage individual and team-focused sales processes.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
