Focus on drafting agreements in different jurisdictions, analyzing foreign legislation, and supporting day-to-day legal activities.

What you will do

• Facilitate and close corporate deals, including structuring, due diligence, and negotiation.
• Draft and revise transaction documents and other agreements across different jurisdictions.
• Implement legal compliance, especially regarding KYC, AML, and GDPR.
• Register and support non-resident companies.
• Analyze foreign legislation, corporate, and tax law changes.
• Support day-to-day legal operations and communicate with external legal partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Ukrainian or international law firm / reputable in-house legal department.
• Ability to manage small projects and workstreams independently.
• Strong analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinking.
• English: B2+ required.
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters.
• Well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
