What you will do

• Review, negotiate, and draft customer-facing agreements, including SaaS, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and order forms.
• Participate directly in customer negotiations and partner with Sales and Security to manage risk.
• Support negotiation and management of vendor, supplier, and technology agreements.
• Provide legal review for AI-related terms, product development initiatives, and marketing programs.
• Manage contract intake, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Experiment with AI tools and legal technology to improve efficiency and quality of legal work.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of legal experience, gained at a law firm and/or in-house.
• Strong experience negotiating technology or SaaS contracts is required.
• Comfort engaging directly with customers and external counsel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• English: B2 required.
