Salary: $129,000–$202,000 USD

What you will do

• Implement and maintain hirify.global’s privacy program, ensuring compliance with global privacy laws and regulations.
• Provide practical legal and privacy guidance to product, marketing, and other teams, including on generative AI laws.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive business outcomes.
• Stay current on the evolving privacy landscape and educate team members on new trends.
• Negotiate privacy-related agreements in support of sales transactions.
• Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of privacy experience, preferably at an enterprise software and SaaS company.
• Demonstrated proficiency with U.S. and global privacy laws, including GDPR & CCPA.
• Strong project management skills with emphasis on detail, organization, and execution.
• Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort and self-motivation in a remote environment with asynchronous work.

• CIPP/US and/or CIPM certification.
