What you will do

• Advise on data privacy and protection under GDPR and other regulations.
• Assist with incident response and legal assessments of data breaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams on security and privacy incidents.
• Support preparation of legal documentation and compliance audits.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for senior counsel.
• Draft and review DPAs, NDAs, and commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English required.
• Law degree with 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in privacy or IT law.
• Foundational knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws.
• Understanding of data breach concepts and incident response.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in copyright/IP disputes.
• Knowledge of U.S. or U.K. contract law.
• Experience in product or service-based IT companies.
