TL;DR

Junior Account Manager (Sales): Managing client growth strategies, expanding client base, and improving project profitability with an accent on client relationship management and contract negotiations. Focus on developing business relationships with C-level stakeholders and supporting project growth through pre-sales activities and operational management.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement client growth strategies and expand into new domains and regions.
  • Increase sales and improve project profitability through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Establish and maintain strong long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Manage operational activities and conduct pre-sales activities to support project growth.
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences, hold meetings, and coordinate interdepartmental processes.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage accounts receivable.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or customer success management for 1+ years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Technical knowledge with ability to understand technical aspects is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate with C-Level people.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and its major processes.
  • Experience in creating and implementing account development plans and strategies.
