Salary: £170,000–£237,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing customer accounts in the UK & Ireland.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline and customer data.
  • Communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise products effectively.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in consultative sales and managing competitive sales environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, global, and fast-paced company.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies.
