What you will do
- Identify and grow opportunities within existing customer accounts in the UK & Ireland.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipeline and customer data.
- Communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise products effectively.
- Handle quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in consultative sales and managing competitive sales environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global, and fast-paced company.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with open source technology.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies.
