Junior Account Manager (Application Security)

What you will do

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual renewal rate targets for your assigned book of business.
• Proactively engage customers to understand usage, satisfaction, and needs, identifying and mitigating churn risks.
• Identify and pursue expansion and migration opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell).
• Conduct discovery calls and present value propositions to C-level stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including account details, activities, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales (SDR, inside sales) or renewal sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in another European language.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its reporting features.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and track information accurately.
• Understanding of Application Security & DevSecOps.
• Successful track record selling products and services to C-level and senior management for Small & Medium customers.
