What you will do
- Define and execute partner go-to-market strategies for the Asia Enterprise Market aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and enable high-impact partners including system integrators, distributors, and cloud providers.
- Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs to ensure effective deployment and management of AI solutions.
- Drive joint pipeline generation and co-selling motions with partners to capture high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Conduct business planning sessions and quarterly reviews to track partner performance and ARR targets.
- Advocate partner feedback internally and evangelize hirify.global’s vision at industry events.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based on-site in South Korea
- 10+ years in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management in tech, preferably AI or cloud.
- Deep understanding of the Asian enterprise market and existing partner relationships in the region.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with experience in joint GTM and co-sell motions.
- Working knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Proficiency in English; Korean and/or Japanese preferred.
