What you will do

• Act as a pre-sales technical expert, aligning Salesforce products with customer business strategies.
• Design enterprise-grade AI architectures including agentic workflows and LLM integrations.
• Develop go-to-market propositions and reference architectures for AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide best practices and educational sessions.
• Orchestrate complex business processes using Salesforce Flow and Data Cloud technologies.
• Translate intricate technical requirements into compelling executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong background in enterprise software architecture, cloud computing, and integration principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM implementation.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, Go, Node, etc.).
• Proven ability to communicate and present technical strategies to executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including certifications.
• Experience with design thinking and persona-based discovery techniques.
• Experience in roles combining technical implementation and customer-facing responsibilities.
