What you will do

  • Lead and coach a sales team to develop prospects and improve sales performance.
  • Pitch and close deals with prospective clients via phone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and first trades.
  • Provide accurate sales volume forecasting and implement regional sales programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company sales methodology and processes.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Antwerp or willing to work onsite
  • Proven sales management experience in FX or cross-border financial services.
  • Financial services experience and network is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with native-level Dutch and fluent English.
  • Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach, and develop people.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build senior-level relationships with SME customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in import/export lending, international payments, collections, or cash management.
